Liqueur Recipe - Barracuda by Gaurav Joshi

The name originated from the dive shop, Barracuda which we have in our hotel, Goa Marriott

INGREDIENTS :

45 ml white rum

20 ml Peach Schnapps

15 ml Blue Curacao

Pineapple juice

7 up

Glass Type
Liqueur Recipe - Barracuda - Hurricane Glass

Hurricane

PREPARATION :

Fill Hurricane glass half with ice, add Bacardi, fill shot glass with Peach Schnapps and Blue Curacao. Mix shot glass contents to Hurricane's. Top up with pineapple juice and 7 up.

GARNISH :

Pineapple slice
