Whisky Recipe - Chocolate dipped strawberries by Prasad

This was when we were planning to have something different with whisky. During that season we had lots of strawberries stored in our refrigerator. Also there was enough chocolate in the fridge and that's how we got Choclate Dipped Strawberries....

INGREDIENTS :

Whisky

Chocolate

PREPARATION :

Break up the chocolate and place in a bowl over a pan of hot ( not boiling ) water until melted. Cool slightly and stir in the whisky. Using a skewer, dip each strawberry into the whisky chocolate. Place on a tray lined with waxed or non-stick paper and chill in the fridge till needed.
