Beer Recipe - Beer Schnapps by Eldo K Scaria

I had the misfortune to attend a B school which was in Gujarat (a dry state). All liquor there had to be smuggled in. A friend who had gone to Udaipur during the term break came back with two bottles of Archers, and our mess attendant managed a crate of beer from military contacts. Our campus was 20 kms away from civilisation - the rest as they say is history.

INGREDIENTS :

60 ml of Peach Schnapps

Lager beer

Water / Soda

Mint leaves to add a dash of tang

PREPARATION :

Top up the Schnapps with Beer and Water or Soda. Will leave the proportions to your discretion.
