INGREDIENTS :

180ml black coffee (mixed with sugar to taste)

30ml Kahlua

60ml Vodka

30ml Baileys Irish Cream

30ml

Chocolate Flakes

PREPARATION :

Pour the semi hot coffee in the glass,pour the kahlua in the coffee & mix In a seperate glass take vodka & cointreau & flambe pour the flaming drink from 1 glass to another glass for (eye appealing )Pour some flaming liquid on the bar counter put the brandy balloon on the flaming area now pour the flaming vodka mix in the coffee. Stir well top it with baileys---cheers!
