Vaibhav
vaibhav76@rediffmail.com) It is said that beer after whisky is very risky. Your comment please.
Shatbhi : hi vaibhav, thanks for writing in.
is beer after whisky risky?
well, it's not so bad unless u do a lot of them in quick succession.
sure, if u chase a shot of whisky (downed in a gulp) or any other spirit
with a glass of beer very fast, ur blood alcohol level will rise rapidly
and that is definitely risky. The basic idea should be to relax with a
drink and not to drown!!

Bharti For beginners, which drink is the best to start with and mild?
Shatbhi : Hi bharti,
thanks for writing in.
Well as a beginner, i would recommend you start with clean spirits like
vodka or white rum. Fill a tall glass with ice and your favourite soft
drink/juice, then splash a very small quantity (15-30ml) of the
vodka/white rum into it.
Flavoured spirits are also interesting. Try a little Malibu with Coke
or Orange juice. Archer's Peach schnapps with 7up or Sprite.

Aseem What's the difference between Lager and Pilsner beers ?
Shatbhi : Hi Aseem, thanks for writing in.
Well both lagers and pilsners are really the
same style of beers. The pilsner originally was a lager made in pilsen,
Czechoslovakia, hence pilsner.
Both lagers and pilsners are bottom fermented beers that are
light-bodied and mild flavoured. Their key job seems to be to refresh
and quench thirst.
